In the absence of a signed engagement agreement, no adviser-client, fiduciary, contractual or advisory relationship is created by virtue of website access, enquiry submission, preliminary communications or any informal exchange.

Where a formal engagement is established:

• The scope of services, deliverables, fees and timelines will be set out in the relevant engagement letter or agreement;
• Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis and do not guarantee any particular outcome, regulatory result or commercial success;
• Our liability in connection with any engagement shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant services, unless otherwise agreed in writing;

Clients are asked to treat all information shared by Lawgiccube, including methodologies, frameworks and recommendations, as confidential.

7. Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Obligations

Lawgiccube may be required to conduct client due diligence checks prior to commencing an engagement, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. By engaging with us, you agree to provide all information and documentation reasonably requested for these purposes. We reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement if satisfactory due diligence cannot be completed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
